As far as my experience goes, our station head was very good at handling us. It's just that the area managers tend to be more on the other side. No salary increase and demanding workloads If you perform well, they won't give you a reward or a raise; they just give you more work to do. There was no support at all from the heads. They keep on hiring because employees keep leaving. And that's a bad sign. There's a lot of favouritism that's going on inside the company. If you're close to the area manager, then you'll be more relaxed, and you can immediately come to her. I have experience with my OT filings being disapproved. Imagine working long hours and carrying bulky packages, and then your area manager disapproves your OT. If you plan on working here, then good luck.

A company that cannot make up its own mind

-constantly changing management personnel = constantly changing policies. policies are not hard and firm, they somewhat find it hard to draw the line and appears unsure and indecisive.-does not take employee feedback very well. Management promotes "employee empowerment" but are really hypocrites.-still needs to build a firm and solid company structure.

Stressful

Toxic Company. They fired employee without seeing the actual situation of the site. I became a regular employee but I did not receive any HMO. This Companies won't makes you a better employee. It's such a waste of time to work with.

Overworked

It was good until top management changed and they doesn't care about their people anymore. The best employees resigned and now they're hiring every day for replacement yet worked only for 3-6 months then resigned again.

i currently at recovery department as recovery operation assistant, very nice and fun department.. the hardest part are duty for long 12hours, you need to prepare your self of sleep at least 7 hours for you sustain your work task without and performed well, so much fun working this logistics industry

Very Stressful and Tiring.

Not an ISO level process in operations and in management. Poor level of handling employees. They hired ground employees from their agency without background checking. HRs and Admins weren't reading nor answering their e-mails. Super late posting of government benefits. Too slow at processing of documents and queries. You have to follow them from time to time. Their organizational chart is a mess! Too many bosses handling in one warehouse only! They didn't respect your breaktime and privacy outside work!

Above average starting salary but processes need improvement
The people are great but needs to improve more in management. Company is still young so there is a need to establish processes. Some roles have no specific training especially for analysts because it is a new position. Responsibilities should be more defined
