Could be better
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Remote - December 9, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedDon't get me wrong, the pay can be good for a entry-level job and for your first job ever. If you have bills and responsibilities and kids though, this job is not for you. It's a lot of work this company expects you to do for a base pay of $10 an hour ngl. They def need to raise thier prices up considering that fact that this is a big company and they can definiety afford the pay raise.

Feels like home
Senior Resource Specialist (Current Employee) - Remote - December 9, 2023
I've worked here for over 3 years. I started out as an agent. I have loved almost every moment. The calls were challenging. But really, it's customer service, that's to be expected. The real gem is.. the staff. It feels like a family.

If you are a sales person its not the place to be
Sales Contractor (Current Employee) - Portland, ME - December 7, 2023
Flexible schedule is good. Work from home is good. Pay is atrocious not worth the positives. Nice people as management but either uninformed by being disconnected from decision makes or malicious. I would put my money on uninformed.

This company is great to WFH with
Independent Contractor (Former Employee) - WFH - December 5, 2023
This company is great I've only worked 1 campaign and I've been on it for over 2years. The only issue I have is the software the company uses for picking hours, email, etc. is terrible. It has really bad lag and so many other issues. The work is great, I can usually get the number of hours and the actual time frames that I want to work each week. The biggest downside is the pay is not that great for most people, for me the small pay is perfect and it keeps me from being bored.

Fun place to work
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Remote - December 3, 2023
I’ve been on my third week after training. I really like it! So far a great job. A little challenging but no complaints. I get to choose my hours. I would definitely recommend this company.

The pay is horrible. Flexibility is good
Inbound Sales (Current Employee) - Georgia - November 29, 2023
I've worked in this position since October 2023. I'm in the inbound sales line (DRTV). The pay needs to be better. I'm a tier 1 agent, averaging about $6.5 an hour. The pay is .20 cents per talk time. If the phone doesn't ring, you don't make any money. I spoke with a manager and have excellent metrics for a new agent. Even with this, I'm unhappy about making less than minimum wage when a recruiter promised me $10-20 an hour. The pros are the work is easy - you're only reading scripts and offering upsells. The customers are generally upbeat and happy compared to a customer service line. The client is a 24-hour line, so you can pick the hours that fit your schedule. I've worked early mornings, weekends, and late evenings. The pay is the same regardless of the time, but they offer a .05 cent bonus per talk time if you work 20 hours or more on the weekends. I only recommend this job if you need side income for a specific goal, such as paying off a credit card or vacationing. If you need livable wages, you'd be better off pushing pallets at Amazon or flipping burgers at McDonald's. $700-800 a month doesn't pay for anything in an economy with high inflation. That's how much I made working 30-35 hours per week.
Pros
flexible hours, working from home
Cons
Pay is less than minimum wage, low incentives for new agents, calls are routed based upon seniority and metrics. Therefore, if you're a new agent, you don't get as many calls.

Know what you are getting into
Teladoc contractor (Former Employee) - remote - November 22, 2023
You are only paid $10 if you work less than 20 hours. The problem is that if you want to work more hours it's challenging. Everybody is competing for hours. The most disappointing thing was lack of communication. You will not be able to reach your operational manager if you have questions about pay, your invoice, or logging into systems. You are on your own. They will tell you that you are a contractor, not an employee. Also, the advertise you will get a $350 bonus if you complete training and 15 hours during your first week. There were only ten hours available. So if you want to work for this company because of the flexibility and to add some pocket change you should be okay. But don't expect the bonus or to make much money. Certainly don't expect help from your OP.
Pros
flexible schedule
Cons
poor management, not enough hours, bogus bonus

It has great hours you can choose and the money was good
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - WFH - November 20, 2023
Managers were not helpful with escalations, pay attention during training and take good notes, you’ll barely ever have to ask for help. I worked here full time while in school.

Customer Service
Independent Contractor (Former Employee) - Remote - November 17, 2023
For an entry job or something part time it’s good. The pay is not enough to live on but you have flexibility with your scheduled so you have control over that but if you work a project that doesn’t have a lot of hours then you’ll not make much

Was fun to work there. Bummer was when I couldn’t grab any hours and had no explanation as is to why.
Remote Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Remote - November 14, 2023
Job was cool got paid for the training. It took a little bit of time. I took calls for hotel flights & rental cars. After being one of the top reps with lowest call times and resolving issues faster etc. I was basically laid off with no explanation other than I think they maybe didn’t have anymore work for us. I gusss? Idk
Pros
Pick your own hours, really nice trainers and supervisors
Cons
Not a stable job, they can let you go at anytime!

Remote Call Agent (Former Employee) - Naples, FL - October 28, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? The flexibility of picking your hrs is awesome. The supervisirs were great. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Thinking your campaign may get cancelled What is the work environment and culture like at the company? It's fairly good. There wasn't a problem as far as I was concerned. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Signing in, taking calls. That's about it.

My experience was treated like a SCAM!
Professionalism goes a long way and this company lacks it completely! My whole experience with NexRep has been a scam! *cram all this knowledge for you to understand without paying you, then on whim let you go. *they do not express the important aspects of certain discussions *Of course you have to spend money to make money, not with this money. They expect you to pay for everything and not show any professionalism or growth with your commitments.

Not enough hours
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Remote - October 5, 2023
Pay is low but you do get to work from the comfort of your own home. No bonuses or promotions. Hard to reach a supervisor. Rarely will you get enough hours.

Great place to work
Email Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Remote - September 27, 2023
I loved the flexibility of choosing my schedule. Would definitely work here again! Only con is competing for hours… when the schedule drops being merely a minute late would result in no hours

Ok form of employment
Independent Contractor (Former Employee) - United States - September 5, 2023
The company is ok. They contract with many different clients. The pay is not good ($10/hr). You do get to pick your own schedule once in production. Certification is not paid. Good form of employment if you need money right now.

The process of getting an interview is pretty easy you can schedule a call for someone to reach out to you instead of waiting months for an application update.
