Company is does not care to the employees. Management dont listen to the employees. They only give you promises. Good for starting your career in IT. Also low pay

Design task was easy, department was in a testing-experimental mode. Getting a metrics bonus depends on the QA person, modern design(?) Management-wise they don't care about you, they don't even know what their members are doing lol. They want results! Pizza!

good work environment but low salary
I've been working 2 years here in the company but the salary increment was way too low and they will demand tons of other work tasks beyond your position. Aside from low salary KPI compensation has also changed and it is very hard to reach.

The company is growing big and strong. All the floors at the office are just so aesthetically pleasing. No joke. With the compensation, they do offer competitive salary to newly hired agents.
