Good workplace to stay long

What is the best part of working at the company?Management people are very approachable.Stable shift schedule, though the management sometimes allow flexibility.Good benefits.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Commuting to the main office during oandemic. Was hoping for a shuttle assistance but wasn't availableWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very collaborative and encourages open communication. Stressful environment

Salary starts low while bonuses take a really long time to be released. High pressure to obtain monthly sales goal. High corporate politics environment where you need to get on someones good side

Very Slow process on all transactions

Low Salary for Experienced Employee.....They want a Elite sales team but the salary is only for entry level only....HR and almost all departments are very Slow...

Good company but very stressful and tiring.

Neltex offers high quality pvc pipes, great benefits, competitive salary and high commissions if you hit the sales quota. But you will be exposed daily to the hot weather and sometimes rain, because you will be travelling daily no matter the weather. They don't issue a company vehicle, so you must have your own vehicle to use for daily travel. They only offer transportation allowance, the maintenance and repair cost of your vehicle will be from your own pocket. The monthly sales quota are also ridiculously high but if you somehow hit the target the commission is double your monthly salary. There is always pressure from the manager to generate sales, because sales IS the only priority. You must also be thick-skinned and have high patience when dealing with customers, because some of them can be very disrespectful towards you.

Very compwtitive yet there is high politics within the management

Working in Neltwx is very stressful yet challenging. The company is very competitive in many aspects like product qualoty, salary and benefits. However there is high politics within the management syatem. The company is very keen on finding faults to its employees and immediately reprimand them.

Management and work culture is very stressful.

Neltex is a good company in termes of product quality and also in compensation for its employees but the management is way over it's head. You will have no place for even a small error and you will be graded on your every move that will be basis for bonuses but also for immediate termination. It was actually good but the the problem is the grading system. Recently, they put up impossible grading system.

Working in neltex is fun.but you should be prepared always because of out of town delivery.and heavy traffic because we use big truck for delivery.and also working there is awsome because good benefits to the employees

very good company and my career starts in this company as working in plastic industry

Sets temperatures and operate extruder to form tubes, pipes according to specification. Install die, and sizing rings using hand tools. Fills machine hopper with mix materials using conveyor. Starts machine and sets control to regulate vacuum, air pressure, sizing rings and temperature and synchronizes speed of extrusion. Examine extrude product for defects such as wrinkles, bubbles, splits and many more. Measures extruded articles for conformance to specification. Using micrometers, calipers and gauges.

Productive environment but with high politics involvement

Maintaining the clinic area and assisting employees with regards to SHE. Facilitates timekeeping activities through the use of SAP programs. Attends to government mandated benefits requirements and programs. Aids in renewal of life insurance, accident insurance and health insurance. Assist employees in processing of their insurance benefits.

People are very motivated and energetic.

They have complete set of SOPs and well implemented. Our Audit team is conducting a quarterly audit in all documented procedures. Aside from TUV Audit which happens during mid year. Neltex Development is a leading PVC Manufacturing in the Philippines. The only company that produces PVC tat is lead free and heavy metal free.

enhancement and helpful workplace with basketball/volleyball

A typical day at work is visually communicate concepts, draw well and be very detailed. I learned how to coordinate with builders to establish requirements and understand design concepts. The management are accommodating. My co-workers are gracious. The hardest part of the job is focusing in one thing. The most enjoyable part of the job is when you finalized the detailed on time.
