monitoring of load every duty, learn the flow of electrical distribution and the time is must important. the management is good to the employee but the salary is not good enough. it is most of electrical nature of distribution and power consumption end conservation, being employee of the company the hard part is that you have to awake 12hours of your duty shift, and most enjoyable is after the duty you have a good vacation time of your family.

Electrical Engineer Intern (OJT) (Former Employee) - San Manuel, Pangasinan
So much to learn. They taught us the operation in the substation. Engage us in the different equipment in the switchyard and at the control room. The engineers there are so approachable and kind to their interns.

OJT - Intern (Former Employee) - Calamba City
Whatever you learned in electrical engineering will surely be applied in NGCP. It can be a challenge if you don't refresh regularly. The responsibility is also great because committing mistakes could affect a large area of the country.
