Poor management.they cannot boost your talent and skills.you cannot grow to this company if you already management position.but if your operator level you can grow.

Learned a lot but with low salary
No health benefit
Some area are unsafe to work due to unsafe condition of the work place
Lack of ppe`s
Enjoyed working due to hard working co employees
