Productive and fun workplace

Good company to work at especially if you are fresh grad. For the free meals, medyo engk pero goods ang mga meals. Easy to communicate with co-workers.

Good workplace for the beginner

The staff is good and the owner of the company is treating you as a family. Good workplace. They more challenge as a maintenance technician because they a different store to check or maintain not only in the main branch of company. You have a rotating sched every week.

Pros

Free lunch for the production staff. For the maintenance is no free food

Cons

Sometimes long hour specially they have a troubled for the machine and cleaning the Aircon.

Career growth, developemental training and collaborative workplace

Been working for the Company for 6 years now and counting. Career growth and opportunities is the best way to describe Mc Wilson Corporation. Development and training help me throughout my career.Competitive salary and incentive being given to Management and staff. A fun workplace to work with, Collaborative efforts between departments. The Company is growing and has many more opportunities to offer.

Not worth it.

15 pesos per day for the meal allowance. What can you buy for a 15 pesos food? Isaw? Balot?Too low for the service charge. They don't cut it fair and square. It depends on what rank are you.They divide it from commissary, to HR to managers and staff.Management sucks.No proper training. One hour of your OT is not paid but you can offset it. Toxic environment. This company will give you anxiety and panic attacks.They just love the income but they don't care about their employees.The owners don't see the value of their employees. No health card too!

Hindi maganda ang management. pati ugali ng mga tao.Hindi sya yung kind of company na pwede ka magtagal up to retirement. kasi walang masyadong benefits

Poor working environment, no formal policies and all.

Dirty pantry, plus it was too small considering the number of employees, no free water although there's free lunch but looks like scrap, limited cr, biased and inconsiderate bosses, no formal policies and all. Its a no!!

I will not recommend

- Gives you free lunch. - Poor management skills, there is no trust between the employees. - Micro managing and was jumping to one project to another. - Should answer calls/texts on a weekend or past office hours.

not the best workplace I'll ever want

poor management skills, there is no trust between the employees. too micro-managing on different tasksturn-over is pretty rampant, no one lasts longer than 6 monthsoffice stinksover-worked

Good environment❤️ Very Accommodating to the newbies ( this is what I like the most. In just a day we were like we new eachother for so long) Competitive salary Employees are well trained

Poor company

If you're planning to work here I'm telling you, you will only waste your time. Cons: -Salary is low and the increase they are telling are not true! -Lack of benefits. No bonusses, They have leaves called service incentive leave. But only 6days for the whole year! And you will only get that after 1 year! -Poor management (they wont accept your suggestion) -Your salary will be debited in your accout late evening! Almost 8pm and my salary is still not debited -Free lunch? Yes. But imaging ang ulam adobong sisiw! Kasing liit ng adaptor! Nagpa free lunch pa kayo! -nNo care for employees! --

There so many things I learn to this company specially during the operation. How to engage in every guest and all the procedure. Regarding in product and sale even in culture and beliefs of other person and how all the boss help you to grow.

Will challenge you to excel more from what you can do

If you want to establish a good experience, then this is the company you can start to. Working here challenges me to step up from what I can do. The company trained me to not just sit in front of my table and stare at the monitor. Of course, there is no perfect company. But what this company distinguishable from others are the people behind the concept stores that really work hard, the time and effort they render in the every day operations.
