Masaito WAS a good company but damaged by the employees that are selfish. There are early employees but are not working. I only learn by working already because there is no training. Management is dependent on the wrong people and believe them only based on what they are saying and not checking to know the real story. culture is bad because of this. Great for someone whose looking for job experience

Please be more concerned of your employees. Many vouchers. Long hours of work but underpaid. Some employees have bad attitudes, some are nice. Culture is toxic. This company is great for someone who is looking for experience. Good only for architects and engineers. No CPAs. Competition is high. People are dragging each other down.
