Stressful to the point that it affects your mental health.
Too stressful to work. Management won't consider your mental health. It's true they just only care about the job. A lot of rules and policies even in the simplest things matter. Yes, salaries are quite above the minimum rate (with OT), but management treats you like a robot with a happy-go-lucky expression even if you don't know until when you can handle too much pressure.

Work life balance
They really uphold to their work life balance which is a good thing. Recommended for fresh graduates. I liked working here and the benefits are nice.

C&B and Policies Need Improvement
The pay is on a daily rate basis even if you are a regular employee. The company's systems and policies have a lot to improve on, so honestly, nothing was added to my skillset while I worked there. Policies are sometimes enforced without consultation and there is no change management.Work-life balance is quite okay though. There is occassional OT but if you worked overtime you have to check your payslip because there are times when OT pay isn't credited even if it was approved. The management is quite okay as well, they sort of know the employees by their first names and they greet you when they see you.
