Building good relationship with other collegues is also important because you will work with them in long hours everyday in your department. You will challenge yourself .

The good is Marriot Manila is luxurios hotel that I gained experience to develop all my skills .

The bad I experienced here some of Team Leader are very selfish. And some supervisor they have favoritsm which it cause a unfair treatment to those casual employee like me.

Great workplace and productive and set standard

The co-workers are friendly and helpful and kind. Its my dream to work in a 5 star hotel and to have experienced working in a high end hotel and im also enjoying my job.

Training and Developing associate

Once you become an associate of Marriott you will feel the warm welcome of your xo employee. The management will give you an ID where you can access their training website, it's like a mine of gold where you can learn everything about hospitality. Marriott also love to develop associate I've seen people started from scratch but now they are on the top management.

exiciting, energise, and enjoy to do the task

working on this fivestar hotel for me its really big help, it makes me more disciplined, friendly to both guests and workmates, i became more hospitable specially to my guest, and I've realised here how much important is to do good and treat our guest with respect and dedication to perform my tallents and skills for the benefits of my guest and colegue. Marriott hotel is my foundation of my career.

Fun and wonderful workplace, you can learn new things and having new knowledges

I learn how to speak in arabic, how to adopt with their culture, encountering a massive amount of guest and giving them a 100% satisfaction in terms of food and services.

They took care of us like a family

they took care of us like a family, with good healthcare provider, a plane ticket going home and coming back after you completed 2 years, and a paid one month vacation.

High-end standard when it comes to customer service

Very well 5 star hotel , but when it's comes the management it's liltle toxic when it comes to work of regular and casuals employee . Casuals is the one who working hard while other not.

Fun colleagues

Overall a fun workplace to develop my skills as a student. My chefs know when to have fun and when to be serious about work and life in general. 10/10 would recommend.
