I think when the hotel is on it's peak season beacuse the whole hotel is very busy, A lot of guests are annoyed because of the long wait inside of the restaurant and pleasing the guests was very tough. All you ned is a long patience and trust within yourself.
During working hours when the guest asking about something isn't in the menu and demand for something we dont offer and have in that particular moment and those co-workers that are not able to handle their emotions they blurt out their emotions through shouting in bad words in the kitchen with their co employee those are some stressful part. People who couldn't handle their emotions instead of encouraging, they infect others with their negative attitude towards work these are not helpful.
