Meet Cara, Director of Product Development, who has accomplished many things in the DEI space with us. In 2017, she was a founding member and the co-chair of VIBE (Valuing the Inclusion of Black Experiences) to support the advancement and development of black employees. Since 2018, she’s been a member of the GWA (Global Women’s Alliance) as a committee member, successfully planning many events such as their annual year end event and International Women’s Week.

Our DEI goals 1. Reach 30% of women at the VP+ level by 2022. 2. Increasing Black, Indigenous, People of Colour (BIPOC) representation in leadership roles by 30% by 2025. 3. Annually hiring at least 25% BIPOC talent in our Graduate program.
