Not employee friendly and don't give assurance to employees.

It is stressful everyday. I learned to choose wisely when applying to a company. The management is bad, it is not employee friendly for newbies. Culture is good because of workmates and events. The hardest part of the job is it is hard but doesn't pay that much. There is no enjoyable thing working here, the HR does not reply and the salary is delay.

Very relaxed and fun place but not compensated enough

The company focuses on small to medium-sized businesses and the accounts are not premium that's why the compensation is not that grand but I believe that the selling point of this company is that the growth here is rapid.
