Good benefits, minimum wage salary tho

Since the owners are LBP retirees, the benefits are good since it is patterned to it. However, I only speak for the integral employees and not managed/deployed personnel. On the other hand, the basic pay is only minimum wage. This was way back 2018, pre-pandemic.

Management do not care about their employees

No salary increase even though you have given a different position/designation.Process is not aligned with what the employee should be doingManagement do not care about their employees.

Good for learning, bad for staying

You will learn alot but will need to work in extreme degrees. Demanding clients will make you work even on your rest day and expect little to no help from other people as they are also drowned in workload.

Because of the fairly high wage, attitude of the employees, learning new things, and good company management.

I enjoy working in this job because of the fairly high wage and compensation and also because of the good attitude of the employees in the company. The company have good management, I learned how to socialize with my co-workers and open for many more things to learn.

Challenging

Good for beginners but not for those who is expecting good salary and benefits. Old system for time-in and out. Still using time card for timekeeping. Good payroll.

It is a promising company, they could improve on people management. The company should focus on improving hiring and endorsement process of the hirees. People should at least acknowledge the inquiries instead of ignoring them.

Learned Project Management in Ericsson

You get to exposed in different projects with Ericsson. Learned the end to end project life cycle in telecommunications.There's a lot of colleague that is willing to help and teach

No salary adjustment,

You will learn a lot to this company, if you want good experience LSERV Corp. will give you, but don't expect for your salary increase, expect more work load than increase of your salary. The management doesn't care to their employee, they only care about company income.

Management is not good

When I first got in at LSERV Corporation, the President was really nice and people-oriented. However, the management now cares more for the revenue. Colleagues are good and are like family, but management is a no no

Good work-life balance but no benefits

Working environment will depend where you will be deployed. I was deployed at a GOCC and there is a good work-life balance. The workplace was fun. However, there are no benefits, and no growth. Poor management especially during the pandemic. No assistance received and some staff from the management don't care about the employees.

No benefits/low salary/ 2days off/shifting sched

No benefits at all! No VL even SL.Especially here if you are working under agency/contractual. The only good thing here is the 2 REST DAYSOFF.I was assigned at the airport under this agency.. There are no benefits for the staff. After I resigned they did not give any back pay because as of them they Already gave it through the advance 13thmonth pay during the pandemic. THATS SO RIDICULOUS.

working in Lserv is fun

as an Site Acquisition Officer our work requires long patience when negotiating with the client, I learned that it's not that easy to talked with different kind of people sometimes you have to give your best shot for you to gain the respect that you want, most of the time our work is on field/on-site, and that's the fun part you are able to travel and that's what I really want to do as I explore the nature of Telecommunity.

Good experience but not good in long term.

It's just like other manpower service companies, who will just renew your contract every year so you will not have benefits. It is not good for employees for long term or if you have plans to grow as an employee.

productive but the HR is the problem

the company is good but the problem is the HR they did not give me payslip for the 2 payroll period, and no reply on txt and emails. not a competitive HR. NOT ALL but for those who are processing my payslip..
