The pay isn't the best, but it's decent. Work-life balance can be achieved. You have to work hard to advance in your career. Other than that, the company benefits are good and the coworkers are great.

Not for everyone

Work culture is very traditional, opposite to the product they market. leaders are not a good example of being a champion of work life balance, pays is meager to the expectations

challenging work, productive & target oriented

Working in LG Electronics was fun and challenging, fun in the since that meeting new customers selling electronics and convincing them to buy our product. Challenging because meeting a monthly sale target make your daily work more aggressive and feel rewarding at the end.

Productive and Fun work place

As i worked at LG Electronics i used to meet different people everyday, i have encountered different customer attitudes.But i had fun working at LG because it taught me to be more confident and how to get along with different people.

better than others

working for lG electronics is both fulfilling and exhausting, fulfilling if you love what you do, like me, even though management is not giving enough security to their employeesl, if you love what you do, you'll still be fulfilled. exhausting because even though you give a great help to reach the goals of the company, still, your efforts will not be seen, it ill be given to your managers and other employees who's in the position higher than you. working in there is great if the management is fair to all of their employees.

Productive and very challenging

I was a Sales Executive from LG Electronics Inc. Philippines. I was assigned to sell and promote LG's Home Appliances. I was also assigned to monitor our stock inventory and to keep our display showroom clean.

Checking for the new list of price (if we have a memo) i learned of how to use some appliance for how it works learned of new gadgets specially their features, of what special of its professional life and personal life management good co-workers sharing of knowledge in every items that we encounter for every day life the hardest part of the job for me is when the customer is always in a hurry enjoyable part of the job is when i help every customer to choose what their needs and wants.specially if buy the items

Fun when annual party comes

looking for client to buy LG products specially TV/AUDIO VIDEO. I learned on basic technical aspect of new models of the product i sell. Management fine also good on the motivation to achieve the monthly Target. In our team we do more on tam work. The Hardest part of the job in LG is when no promotion. When we go for a monthly meeting.

Fun in treating and entertaining people you get to know as everyday.

In everyday working to this company gave me a challenging but somehow a fun and more to learning job to me, it gives me motivation on how will i face each and everyday of my life in my work, my co-workers are all competitive and they are my motivation to give more of my 100% on selling my product. The difficult times is that when u did not reach your'e quota they will ask you how did it happened and why it did happened, but the best part there is that i learn how to defend my self and find a solution and answer to the why and how questions.

being part in the LG company is the one im waiting for

first become field product specialist you have to make seminar and trainings to be proffessional in selling of LG appliance or electronics.you will help the costumer to buy a good product so their money will not lost for nothing.

LG company contributes a lot to me, on this company molds me to a good sale assistant, and with this company i showned how good i am in customer service. All my efforts in this company was recognized and awarded. Benefits really helps my cost of living. This company gives pleasure after all the hardwork we did to encourage us to do more productive and contribute good efforts to help the company stay achieve the goal.

Good place to start honing your marketing skills

Leading a team is challenging but it is rewarding if you start bringing the best out of your team members. The team I handle is the most creative among all departments. They exude youth and talent, and together with my experience and maturity, I carefully and successfully give strategic directions to achieve one goal and that is achievement of company objective.
