Do your job stay out of the drama and everything is smooth. You work with a group or on a line to produce parts. You get a 30 minute lunch break. The pay is decent.

This company doesn’t care about your personal life, they only care about hitting monthly numbers and it doesn’t even matter about the quality. Everyday someone gets fired so don’t get comfortable they love to walk people out.

Working 6 days a week. Company is reluctant to provide the tools that you need. All they want to talk about is how “this is a startup”. Would not recommend this place.

I work 2 years at LG I thought it was a good company but I was so wrong they don’t promote from within they work long hours and low pay Very low top out pay Two years was a waste of time they don’t value you

Worked there over a year. Treated with the most disrespect.. You would think with seniority you have a secure spot. NO. They get new positions and get whole new attitudes. They do not know how to talk & treat people. STAY AWAY!

Koreans have no respect for women! And the pay is not up to cost of living! State of art technology but doesn’t have air in some areas. Medical benefits paid by company is the only good thing. But good luck in having any time to use it. And they wait till 5-10 before it’s time to clock out to tell you that we are working over!

Its ok

Its great to start out with but if your in school like me its gonna be hard HARD to focus or do anything fun on you day off cause ( it's just one day off mostly and even if u take the morning shift you will get off at 5:30 PM. They wont even take into an account that your in school so they wont give u any Saturdays that people work.) 14$ an hour from 6:45 am to 5:30pm is good money just think about doing part time instead. Also if your not use to exercise or if u are. Asthmatic then carry an inhaler around cause you will be constantly walking or running back and forth from your station.

Terrible atmosphere, to many chiefs not enough Indians, racism, and absolutely no respect

If you just want something "Part time" and have help at home you can work here or if your bitter and miserable this is the place as well. But i thought I had a great opportunity to make great money at my age and grow in the company! That will Never happen here!

Toxic work environment

This company gets hyped up because this is a small town but once you get in your see how much nonsense goes on a daily basis. Breaks are short and often have to decide whether to use the restroom or go outside you won’t have time good both. They make everyone take break and lunch at the same time so you have to fight or wait to use the 2 microwaves. The Koreans don’t interact with you at all. Every morning they gather you around for a meeting and literally gripe about being 1 min late back from you 10 min break and complain about us talking to one another on the line. They will constantly move you around from line to line so you never know what you’re doing. Just a cluster of nonsense.

Cultural Battle and miscommunucatiin

The company makes good products, but rotates people from homebase to run management and set up new projects. No real internal advancement for Non-Korean members, even with a high rate of eployment turn over from Administration and Engineering, down to the factory floor. World class health benefits which are free, 50+ hr work weeks.
