Toxic work culture

Toxic work culture (constant yelling and profanity), no work-life balance (16+ hour days), no structure, high turnover, HR only cares about recycling (only cares about recruiting to cover high turnovers).

No work life balance

This company does not respect you as a human being. They treat you like a robot. If you started doing an overtime, they will ask you to do more and more again. If you have to join this company, just leave at 4pm everyday as work hours are 7am to 4pm. Some of my colleagues leave at 2 or 3 am and come back at 7am. I am not trying to make this company look bad. I am just telling you the truth. NO work life balance.

Lunch is only 5 dollar.

Free health benefits are great. Work-life balance is awful

If you need medical benefits, this is a perfect place to work because they’re free. Otherwise, long hours and minimum compensation is what’s offered by the company.

this company need's to trust American management more

The workplace is not American friendly, Its in inclusive working environment. Lg needs and the top management needs to trust American more. The culture is of a toxic nature.

Never ever go and work for LG Electronics. They pay low and make you work long hours. And they compensate those hour pay or PTO. should never work for this company.
