Tenured people in this company bully those non-performing sales. They tend to speak too much about the person involved—no support for sales. They keep putting pressure on salespeople but not helping with their needs.

Good workplace to learn as an intern

Currently an intern, and so far LG has been a good environment to learn and immerse myself in the professional life. The team and supervisor im assigned at are really helpful and very accommodating to me.

No work-life balance

- Heavy workload- Below average compensation with limited adjustments (no adjustments for inflation)- We had to report to office even during the ECQ period

Great Company

LGE has been a big part of my development as a Brand Specialist I have learned a lot of working values and it helped me to develop my Communication and Customer Service skills. it offers Lots of trainings that helped me to become an efficient Sales Promoter.

Very ambient work stations. Not really queuing, but you have to pay attention to what the customer wants so you can back it up with a proper solution.

Good environment and easy to handle, but the management is the only thing that made me left. Favoritism and toxic attitude of most of the old timers will make you lose faith and make you wish attending work everyday is bad. All in all, the job is good, but the people around you aren't.

Productive work place

Free access to gym, free coffee and juices, secured establishment, wide parking space, friendly staffs. Canteen food is quite expensive but you can bring your own home cooked packed lunch, they have nice and air conditioned pantry. Comfort rooms are clean with hand soap, sanitizer and tissue.

Productive and Very good management

I love my brand that's why i got 3 years serving as an LG promoter and i enjoy it so much not just because of salary but also the incentives I receive every month.I learn a lot about sales, handing customers, sharing knowledge with my co-workers, greetings and educate customers what are you selling.

LG has a good management when it comes to their employees

As intern at LG, I have learned a lot. LG has a good management when it comes to their employees, and projects. LG has many benefits to offer. And the MD (Managing Director) of the company was approachable. I enjoyed when we have a department outing, and for pizza treat every month.

productive, challenging and of course fun

Our work starts at 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. I enhanced my skills in sales and marketing. The management is good but there is no assurance that we can keep our job because we are not directly employed with the company, we are under agency. The most enjoyable part of the job was when we work together and do our best to hit our monthly sales target.

I was an intern. Whatever was going on in the company, I have absolutely no idea. But people are great, They keep the work place seem fun. Though people are always tired, I can see that people were satisfied with what they're getting.

Work culture is very traditional, opposite to the product they market. leaders are not a good example of being a champion of work life balance, pays is meager to the expectations
