Too much workload
The workload is heavy and not bearable for only one person. There is too much pressure from the workloads since it is recruitment, but there are many good co-workers na mga resource consultants. I enjoyed my duration here because of my team and not the work itself.

Good for newbies, but not for long time employment
Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - makati - October 23, 2023
If you're seeking a stepping stone for your career, this is I recommended. But this is not a good company to stay for a long years. In terms of compensation, the offered salary is inadequate to support a single-family household.

Good for Entry levels
Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - Makati - July 17, 2023
You will be appreciated by the right team. The company is good for those looking for experience. Give it a year or 2 and look for career growth. Salary is not that competitive but might be good for a single individual.

Toxic work environment
Recruitment Intern (Former Employee) - Makati City - June 13, 2023
I had my internship in this company and my consultant asked me to work beyond my working hours most of the time. In addition, some of the consultants are power trippers. There was an instance wherein one of my co-interns was removed from the company's gc just because she wasn't able to answer the call.

The company fosters a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and personal growth.
Senior Recruitment Consultant (Current Employee) - Makati - May 31, 2023
The company cultivates a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and personal growth. I have developed my collaboration skills and excelled in client management. I take pride in my accomplishments at LGC, where I received two awards in a single year: "First Biller of the Year 2022" and "Customer Service Champion."
Pros
Free lunch, Free beers and chance to travel abroad
Cons
None on my end so far

Suitable for recent graduates, but not ideal for long-term career growth.
Manager (Former Employee) - Makati City - May 22, 2023
Working at LGC as a first-timer in recruitment is all fun and games until you reach your quota. However, it becomes frustrating when commission releases are extremely slow, taking 3 to 6 months, with excuses like the client not yet paying even when they have already done so. Moreover, the commission is often divided in half. Additionally, they have a tendency to hire foreigners, claiming they are "highly skilled" or "at an international level," promoting diversity and offering them high salaries. Meanwhile, Filipino managers receive low salaries and experience delays of up to 2 weeks. Suddenly, they put you on floating status, claiming lack of sales, only to hire new employees shortly after. They even have a dormitory, and it's ironic that the rent increases when employees' salaries increase, yet the money still goes to them. The working environment may initially seem enjoyable as you become close with your coworkers and boss. However, as time goes on, you realize that the management is toxic, and salaries and commissions are consistently delayed, despite the hard work you put in.
Pros
Free Pizza and Ice Cream when salaries are delayed.
Cons
The commission takes too long, ranging from 3 to 6 months, depending on how you negotiate with them.

Just a training ground but not ideal for long term career
Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - Makati City - March 27, 2023
It's a good training ground for first-time recruitment consultants. Other recruitment consultants are willing to help and open to adjusting and are so flexible that most of the time it causes them to be given too much workload and unexpected changes in work. You need a great amount of grit if you want to survive.

Not a good place to work for
Recruitment Account Manager (Former Employee) - Makati City - March 1, 2023
Working in Lewis Glanz Consulting has been very mentally and emotionally draining. During the pandemic, they cut down our salaries by almost half. There were no assistance made. Commissions are very late and sometimes, it will take over 5 - 6 months before you get yours.

I've been in the company for a short period of time, and I can say that the people, the work culture and the environment really helped me a lot to become better each day and to stay passionate and motivated in everything I do. Shout out to our team leaders who are always there for us, and to the management who cares for the welfare of the employees.

Stagnant progress
Consultant (Current Employee) - Makati - February 3, 2023
All the staff are kind and good, they are also considerate and understanding. But the work environment alone, I feel like I am not progressing as someone that is actually working to be paid—it is the same routine every day.
Pros
Understanding employers
Cons
Stagnant progress

Good due to some team lead, but not all. Also HR admin are hard to approach.
Consultant (Former Employee) - Makati City - January 24, 2023
HR admin are not good, and they aren't really attentive to employees concern. They don't really care about any concern that you have. Just asking merely a document because you urgently need it, it will take long months before you get it.

Not recommended
Recruitment Consultant (Current Employee) - Makati City - January 9, 2023
Bad management. Incompetent HR and Admin staffs exist, they don’t care about their employees concerns and violating work policies here in the Philippines. They will feel you unheard regarding your urgent concerns while doing or prioritizing some other things or such as an event that is not so important
