The legacy they want to continue is very good but the processes were not. Loaded with paperworks, no overtime pay, work on weekends, no health benefits and unethical colleagues. By the way, the security was good.
Security, Good Quality of Education
Pros: minimum workload and paperwork. Can go home immediately after your classes, unless there is a schedule faculty meeting. Cons: the admin is not pro-teachers. Salary is really low. Required to come to work on Sundays. No honorariums. The admin wants their teachers to work beyond their task but gives only little to nothing acknowledgements. No annual salary hike for ALL employees. Classes start at 6:30am. Still OUGHT to report to work even the classes are called off and the weather is inclement.
the teachers are toxic specially the senior teachers, they always have this kind of attitude to yell the students and humiliate them even the their co-teachers, and they can't shut their mouth when it comes to private matters teacher-teacher issues, the school is lack of facility, the school is not a typical workplace ideal. the other teachers and vice pricnipal i dont know if they are bipolar they always change their mind everytime.
