no really recommendedf

they have no meal allowance to offer. they also lack of manpower that cause overload of work. entitled to work even on rest day specially if you don't have reliever .

Training was really nice ,

Long hours unpaid overtime , Poor company system ., unorganized practices, poor management ,. lack of management support , training was good but cant apply in real life oparations.

I learned a lot from kuya J,

I've learned a lot of kuya J. The managers there was very good leader. the food procedure was good. The auditor was very strict so you need to follow what the standard procedure of the said restaurant.

Customer Relations •Visible i the service area •Interacts and initiates engagement with guest. •Presents a cheerful,positive attitude towards guests. •Solicits and appropriately responds to guest feedback. •Checks and directs team members, and reinforce guest interaction. 2. Productive and Fun workplace

i learned to be more expandable in my job and learned also to work on a less supervision in my department. Management was nice and kind to every employee. And the hardest part of the job when you need to have a straight duty from opener to closer and handling 2 station. And the enjoyable part is when you received your salary.

+ a typical day at work is friday to sunday + i learned how to managed peak hours +management teaam is great + fun and amazing + balancing the store budget + team work

Fun work place

Just a normal filipino restaurant that serves classic filipino dishes. Good team members and management teams, but usually we are short on products even on desserts and beverages.

Productive and fun work place with happy co workers..

The work is so easy..my workmate there is very good with team work. I learned so many things so I upgraded my skills more and it helps me. The most enjoyable part of the job is the paid OT.

Fun and productive

I love what my job is and especially i love my colleagues i dont have any problems with those. But our salary is not worth it, and the management is not that okay we cannot feel the care from them.

Not only just a workplace its a home

Not only just a workplace its a home yes! its a home were not work just for our salary instead we work together as a family. Every time in going work i consider it as a extension of our home. Working in Kuya J's Restaurant is like being in my second home ;)

politically work place

i dont have any good times with the management team..but i have great experience with the staff. for 9 months I dont have a permanent store.every 1 to 2 months i need to transfer to another store, i dont have also a contract with them
