It's a fair starting job, espacially if you're a fresh graduate. But do not expect a lot.

Kudos if you stay long enough. 6 months is the average stay of an employee, the ones who seem to stay the longest are those who have no option to leave. Gathering experience for your next job, but don't stay too long here.
