No Work Life Balance | Always Over-time

CONS:- Above average salary for fresh grad or entry level but already includes compensation for any overtime that might be done- ALMOST ALWAYS OVERTIME. Going home at 7 or 8 PM is pretty normal. It's the typical corporate scenario where coming in a bit late is frowned upon yet going home late is seen as productive.- Not Flexible Time. You can't offset your overtime on the following working days.- Too much expectation for such a short span of time.- Attire is not comfortable for on site worksPros:- Service during site visits- Company provided devices

No work life balance

It's all hard work. Overtime is normal and the work environment is not relaxed. IT's a good place if you want to be disciplined to have good work ethics but it's not very healthy for your mental state.
