Management is so so. A very busy branch so when someone is absent its hard. A great starter for beginners in food industry. Free lunch every day but its limited to only chicken but its better than none.

So far it was a good place to work , the company was very responsive and the rest of the team is responsible, we always work as a team. The management is also good.

6 days duty, incentives is lower, mall duty, fun working in mall, no salary increase, overtime when necessary, day duty, need to hit kpi and quota but with commission.

Managers are so mean to employees

In a past 3 yrs in this company I dont feel that I bellong in this company, Managers are so mean especially the one that is incharge in schedule, The compensation is not competitive.

long hours of work then they have a pandemic issue the hours of work is not good because its 3 to 6 hours per day then no over time . its not enough for my family cost

My whole in working here at Kenny Rogers Roasters long time ago...is excellent and the bonding that I had here with my colleagues and co-workers can't be paid by any price and it can't be erased it's forever and that's all....overall working here is a satisfaction for me eventhough it don't last a lifetime...
