Good Starting Company but Confusing Management
Marketing (Current Employee) - Taguig City - May 29, 2023
Pros: - Competitive pay - You can have work-life balance (except when you're an analyst, it's heavy work) - I worked in Marketing and the people seemed great Cons: - Management and consultants keep changing their mind in the work you've done - Work was repetitive - I learned a lot but there was a time it plateaued - Distribution of work is sometimes unfairNote that this also depends on your boss and team. My team was great and we even had team buildings but the work was just repetitive.

Stressful but fun
Team Member (Former Employee) - Valenzuela - March 3, 2023
It was minimum, the peak hours were stressful but lively though it was a fun workplace if the team work is great. The Rest Days are unpredictable mostly if they are low on team members. The management are also awesome, it was my best management so far, but be careful with your other team members, some of them felt like the heir of the company, you're going to think they are the child of the owner. But overall it was a great working experience.

A healthy place for guests and employees
team member (Former Employee) - Dasmariñas, Cavite - July 3, 2018
You'll actually get fond of the workplace as soon as you step in on your first day. Personality-wise, the people you're working with are cultured and trained to be courteous and kind not just on their guests but on their workmates also. Simultaneously trying to appeal on the guests' expectations on the food and the service gives you unending room for improvement and that, is something you'd definitely don't want to miss out as you work there.
Pros
free lunch meals every 4 hrs
Cons
one-man-station at times
