Productive but always lack of suppor and manpower

The management is so cruel, The work is only 9 hours but it takes 10 to 12 hours without paid overtime. if you're late, deduction if you work overtime, thank you! But the worst is if you miss a day of work, take a medical certificate, even just for one day.

Toxic and tiring work place

for working here at the management .i can be says that anything will be have daily learnings in everyday of our duty and responsibilities.. we do encourage our co employee through our teamwork..we also built a strong communication and relation and to be connected on different people.for that we also have to follow the rules and policy to know our code of conduct. I am thankful to be part and work in almost 4 years to the company because of this i am fully support my family needs andyself..

You will stay here because of the people you interact everyday. Workload is a bit full but it's ok because you will learn everyday. It may be challenging but at the end of the day, your work stays at work.

They believe rumors and will make your life difficult when they don't like you. They are implementing policies which the HR is the #1 violators. Fun and enjoyable with operation but back office very stressful. Traumatized experience (worst)

I learned to be more focused in implementing standard procedures ,management are somehow opened on ideas and suggestions but more on sales and profit. The hardest part of the job was the their culture that does not align to company's rules and regulations. I enjoyed some trainings that they offer which is thrice or less every quarter.

the hardest part of the job is that we do weekly counting on overnight, an couple of hours inside the freezer counting inventories.
i enjoy counting every time that Actual count Vs Actual system are equal. meaning there is no discrepancies

Same routine everyday

Starting your day with the SOD procedure of the system, assist employees in need, end your day with EOD procedure.
I learned how to monitor and check server, fix Point-Of-Sale machines, manage hyper-V servers.
The management is not the ideal management of every employee.
The hardest part of the job is to extend your duty for six hours without pay.
The most enjoyable part of the job is to be surrounded with the people you can share how was your day spent.

At first it was a really hard day for me. because the environment is hot. I was assigned in their pizza parlor. but each days passing by I developed camaraderie inside. i realized how fun people to work with. the customers are also the best because most of them are all humble. I loved staying in Kareila Management. But I need to leave because of my health condition.

A productive place to work

Fun, I have learned how to deal with difficult people i enjoy communicating with people specially when you make them feel satisfied. I am happy to trained my subordinates. I also enjoy the rush hours at the store with huge customers are coming in to try our product.The hardest part is the salary compensation.
