Unpaid OT is a norm here. I've worked multiple 70+ hour weeks with 30 of those OT hours being unpaid. Management takes too long to address any issues.

work environment is challenging but people are nice, smart and professional. There are workplace bullies, favoritism, and "client is god" tendency. Work life balance is poor and long hours of work does not compensate the salary. benefits are competitive tho. many are resigning which says something on the management
