Stressful

Poor management, salary low, stressful work and very hard work. Bad salary offer! No free gas! I used my own motorcycle! Lack of leadership and management!

productive and also fun specially when all of my workmates are chatting

*a typical day at work-monitor all the branches*what you learned-good attitude and good communication*management-sometimes stict*workplace culture-Respect and fairness, Trust and integrity, Growth mindset, Teamwork.*the hardest part of the job-delivering parcel to other town*the most enjoyable part of the job-everyone agrees with your suggestion-smooth flow of operation-no penalties

Fun workplace. I just hope that supervisors are paid on their extended hours of work.

It is good to work with JNT but i am only hoping that benefits will be fair for all specially that supervisors are also working really hard to make sure that everything is in accordance with the company's rules and requirements.

work hard and enjoyment

a typical days at work is very difficult and i learned in my current work is how to communicate other people, team work and work hard.my hardest part of my job is achieve my regular in my work because 1st my position is sorting then change my department to receiving area and going to dispatcher. and the same time i enjoy my work because of my other workmate is always funny.

Productive and fast paced

It's a Great experience. I really enjoy working in J&T Express. Team work with your co employees are needed to make the job done on schedule. That's all. It was a great experience.

They dont investigate well. They dont give me my last pay salary.No proper endorsement,no proper training.No Overtime PayNo Insurrance for the sprinters/ridersSalary deductions for the uniforms,helmet,jacket and Bags

Good co-employees in one department

Polite co employees, hardworking, dedicated, easy to approach, this is to the dept where i belong, but there is no unity observed to other departments, instead of helping each other, they tend to point fingers, the observance of their company discipline is not standardized.

I enjoy as a part timer seasonal delivery rider and more experienced I learned how to communicate and polite to the customer and very friendly coligues

i move morningshift and they don't agree they buy people who look like me and their friends who can only change the time And my salarry is delay in a one week or two week

Very stressfull , No Coordination from the managment

Very stressfull and always deducting something you dont know where it came from.NO management cooperation. Very Poor Managment they always no explanation regarding to Memo they release.

I only work 3 times a week, and they've call call us if there's a lot of parcel to be delivered but if lesser, only the redular worker can wirk at that day.

Very fun to work and having such a great experience at j&t express

More experiencing at different routes and being well to communicate at different people or costumer and good leadership well maintained of parcels or item of the costumer and fast delivery

fair at all the time

the J&T Express is fair at all the time. and as far as I know, it have a time management. and I am the one to encode how much the company expense. And to record all the expenses. and to withdraw all the expense and the one who will handled the money.

The most enjoyable part of the job, I can travel some parts in the philippines, I apply my experienced from my previous work I enjoy to got work because it's my profession the most important to support my family..
