past face working environment

I learned to multitask my job. Handling multiple internal clients on a daily basis is a challenge but luckily my colleagues and manager are always at my back ensuring the i will achieve the task on a daily assignment. and the fun with it is that we're like a family treating each other in our office

percieved promotion of unnecessary stress in work environment

lots of effort are exerted on employee ER events and recognition programs. Lots of planning activities but lacking in executions. Management meetings are relatively more frequent than necessary. Technical trainings are very helpful career-wise but Soft skills training content are still wanting.
