Good company,good benefits,good employee and good salary..and i build this company as a house keeping..for almost a year im staying this company..Good CEO we have good area manager supervisor and teamleader..so i give hard working this company almost 8years..the i recommend this company is very good because no delay salary,good in benefits goods all staff in main office..in philippines makati city..

i learn how to used machines and chemicals to housekeeping . and im happy because before you enter to be a cleaner . we have an TESDA required and no hardest job .

Iss is a very good company they are active and do they go for the employees ,iss they pay the overtime and the salary on time benefits on time with HMO ..

Productive and co workers are collaborative because the work in the site is all for one and one for all so very fun workplace in this work and salary is given on the correct date.

stressful and miserable

not gonna recommend this company even with my friends pathetic. they let their employees suffer with only minimum wage and also they don't give benefits and back pay sucha poor company. they charged their client with higher amount but the employees only receives minimum salary. during pay off the salary always delay and difficulties. I am speaking on behalf of all employees of ISS who's been suffering. o. t but o. ty over time no pay just thank you!

full of mysterious deduction

very unfair and unreasonable deduction in my salary. i was a facility technician and my work was very stressful. even the salary is unfair. i do not recommend working in this agency if you are applying as a technician

Avoid

Sector Directors operate a bullying culture, no work life balance, stressful and HR offer no support around the bullying culture. Avoid this company, portraying itself as a people company however it is the exact opposite. People are the assets of this type of company, would you run your own assets such as a car without care and servicing? Say no more..........Avoid, share price tells you everything.

Stressful and no Life & Work Balance

Working in a company where management does not show psychological and mental health support. Its really not big deal for everybody to have a this kind of support but for someone who just starting in his/her career, its not really healthy at somepoint.

Encourage to grow and innovate

I thought having almost 5 years experience with Riyadh I thought I knew everything but working with ISS I discover a lot far from my knowledge before. They allow me to grow and innovate. They mold me in more mature leader
