Agency because they well give referal to the client.
Agency.if the client your working didnt want you for some reason,you will report to iss main office,and they will give you referal to other client for their interview.if you pass in the interview then you have a job again from iss,if not,another referal again.same procedure,co terminus in nature.no regularization with iss,but also ,no termination,always referal
