Wasnt there long but overall training was very informative and helpful for newcomers. Trainers are well trained. Employees of different backgrounds and cultures. I think it's a place that's good to start customer service skills.

the company does not care about you its like a plantation. they are not flexible their schedule they make you work whatever schedule that is available.

I spent over 1 year working there and I only got made bonus once. The customers are rude and nasty, management plays favorites. The bonus scale is not a fair process you could give the customer everything they want and still not make bonus. Management constantly nitiucks the little things. They are also hypercritical even during training

I learned a lot from working there. Perfected my customer service skills. customer care, and providing quality answers for customers who were upset to de-escalate situations.

I started off as a customer service rep but progressed to retention. people were always fighting over seats that weren't assigned. other co workers would have relations at work and fight about it. but a rewarding job, you were always about to win prizes depending on how good your stats are and how often you come to work.
Pros
prizes always available, overtime always available, quick advancement.
Cons
coworks fighting during calls, favoritism between coworkers and managers.

it's an good place they are very good at giving incentives very cutthroat very competitive unlimited overtime calls was sometimes stressful supervisors were okay most of the time
