Wasnt there long but overall training was very informative and helpful for newcomers. Trainers are well trained. Employees of different backgrounds and cultures. I think it's a place that's good to start customer service skills.
Vending machines, breaks
I spent over 1 year working there and I only got made bonus once. The customers are rude and nasty, management plays favorites. The bonus scale is not a fair process you could give the customer everything they want and still not make bonus. Management constantly nitiucks the little things. They are also hypercritical even during training
I started off as a customer service rep but progressed to retention. people were always fighting over seats that weren't assigned. other co workers would have relations at work and fight about it. but a rewarding job, you were always about to win prizes depending on how good your stats are and how often you come to work.
prizes always available, overtime always available, quick advancement.
coworks fighting during calls, favoritism between coworkers and managers.
Professional work environment, they make it very competitive. It makes the reps go harder. The company is overall just a wonderful company.
