Was hired in September 2020 and left November 2020. The work to life balance was horrible. Trainers had attitudes and barley wanted to help, This place is quota / sales based. They will put you in after call if you don’t make enough sales meaning you won’t get paid. Software always crashing and overall don’t work here most people I started with left. Why work at a place only to make 10 an hr & no job security meaning they will let you go anytime.
Low pay, training, Management
This Company Is Horrible The Managers Only care about Themselves and play favoritism For Certain Agents. Pay Is Inaccurate On Here You Only Get 10 Dollars An Hour ! They Treat You Like A Slave & If You Dont Meet The Required Sales For The Day Or You Take Too Many Calls In The Day You Will Be Sent Home WITHOUT Pay. Then QA Is Even Worst They Have A Horrible Attitude & Dont Help Much. They Want To Tell You What Should Be YOUR Motivation ! Reached Out To Higher Management No Answer Or Reply. Do Not Work For Them They Only Care For The Company It Self ! You Are Required To Sell So Many Lines & Only A Certain Amount Of Lines Count Because They Have To Pay “Iqor” Bull ! Only Good Thing About The Job Is The Training & The Trainers Very Helpful.
Pay, Breaks, Management
Beyond unprofessional. I experienced sexism, gender based harassment, stalking because employees from other companies were permitted to visit as long as they had a ‘friend’ they could name in the same company to visit. I also was attacked by bed bugs and when a storm caused a leak in the ceiling, we were advised simply to not sit near the specific location by only 2 seats while a garbage bin was placed to collect the leaking water for almost 4 months. I invested in stocks and the company filed bankruptcy to avoid returning compensation. There was no room for growth as all positions were filled. Schedules were ridiculous and didn’t permit you to have a normal lifestyle. Work was life and life is what felt like a break for the day I had off.
Short breaks, false expectations, gender-based harassment, sexism, peer pressure, harassment, hazardous environment, verbal abuse
I got hired here and I was really excited to start after I was done training I was assigned to a team and once I started actually working I was told to log off after every 10 phone calls because I didn’t get a sale regardless what kind of phone calls you got even if it’s just people wanting to be transferred to a different department or Sprint customers to call still count it against you
Building is disgusting and upper management is horrible, but supervisors and most agents are great. I had no problems here until my team got a new OM who played favorites, bullied agents she doesn't like, has lost many clients for iQor because she comes off as an ignorant peacock and micromanages supervisors and agents. She has made agents cry on multiple occasions, told some of them they are not allowed to use accents or they'll be written up, and ruins their relationships with clients by lying to them about performance. This place is not worth living through the drama caused by people who aren't good enough for better jobs and make our lives stressful because they feel like they can.
The environmental is very energized and fast paced. Its a has Many in postions that are under the age of 30 years old.
I enjoyed Iqor. I was supported and had so much fun. The training class was difficult for me because I'm slightly dyslexic but I was supported and set up to achieve and I did. I met and accomplished the job expectation and was never criticized for my mistakes
