Easy money just take calls and payments. The department I worked in had low call volume so I had a lot of downtime in between calls. You need to be on point with calls and regulations to be able to keep your job.
Work from home, decent pay
Small room for error
I've met some great people and have talked to some of the most inspiring customers who have fell on hardship times. One thing I must say is if you personally are going through something in your life, you are able to confide in one manager in particular and HR and they WILL do anything they can to make sure that you are taken care of. Yes theres a lot of negative things about working there but the few positive things, such as working with some awesome coworkers and knowing that my supervisor, manager and HR has had my back during one of the most trying times of my life, is the reason I keep going back. It's just a big ol' dysfunctional family that I have oddly grown to love and respect. As a business standpoint, there needs to be more structure and communication so everyone is on the same page and for management to follow through with what they say they are going to do in order to better the work environment.
Meeting new people, helping others, collect a paycheck
Stats are rarely accurate, No communications between supervisors, managers and HR, System issues way to often which effects bonuses, Delays with reporting stats, Lack of security, Almost impossible to grow within the company, Management asks for employees feedback but doesnt ever act upon the feedback given, No coaching is given to better the agents by the supervisors, The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting
Iqor is one of the worst companies i have ever worked for. If you are sick there is such thing as a sick day. You will recieve a point. There is nothing in place for ur job security. I got really sick while pregnant, was really dehydrated and didnt know it. Had to still go into work just so i didnt lose my job. I left and would never consider iqor again. Horrible company and supervisors can do as they please with no backlash. This company is horrible.
Management, no job security
high turn over rate and I witnessed multiple full blown verbal assaults from employees against the management, including a fist fight on 2 occasions. This is due to the hiring pool that they choose to pull from and their inability to compete for pay with other call centers in the area
very unprofessional environment. The management consistently violates policy. The new hire on-bording experience was a nightmare and there were a lot of lies in the beginning to get people in the door. I would not have left my previous job if I had know working at iqor would have been so stressful.

Working at iqor was pretty cool and decent. Eventhough you had some very rude customers but you have to have patience dealing with customers like that. I use to love when I get customer recognition it makes me feels like Im getting my job done the right way.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
Iqor does not care about there workers they have a high overturn an foes not give enough pay an will cheat you out your bonus they change up every other week and is very unorganized an none of the managers work together so everything is out of wack
I loved working at Iqor and if I am ever living in a closer area to work at an Iqor, they will be my first choice.
I loved working at Iqor and if I am ever living in a closer area to work at an Iqor, they will be my first choice. The only reason I had to leave Iqor was because of personal living arrangements.
Iqor helped me in being better in collections but the company over all was confusing in what it wanted. I was told to provide customer service and helped get the customers out of collections which I did, I had my calls monitored by a team lead that hadn't been on phone calls at all.She was brought in from the outside and had no phone center experience at all . Iqor had a point system for keeping track of people who called out. They let a lot of people go over using this system.
decent people to work with
points systems for attendance
I’d prefer working for IQor. They have great benefits and you get paid biweekly. The hours are promised and there is unlimited overtime . I’d recommend IQor :)

Iqor is not a good place to work. They will change your schedule with a day notice. They are very inconsiderate. The managers and supervisors only think about themselves. Iqor does not show there employees appreciation at all. There is nothing fun about working here. Iqor has been in business for years and they refuse to remodel there building so employees can work in a safe environments. It smells like mold or mildew in the building. Your work area is always dirty. No one vacuums the floors. They also have history of bed bugs. They also show favoritism when hiring, if they like you, they will start you off with 12 dollars, and if they don't they will start you off with 10 dollars.
No employee apprecation and very inconsiderate towards employees.
