Management Trainee (Former Employee) - Taguig City - September 14, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedRelatively long interview process, took a few hours but if all goes well, offer can be made by the end of the day. Included an assessment and a series of interviews.

High attrition, and that tells a lot.
Quality Analyst (Former Employee) - Manila - September 11, 2023
Company keeps on hiring employees because they can’t retain the current ones. People management can be improved only if the higher ups see the value of their people - who are working professionals and treat/approach them better. Hope they can learn from other companies.

- Ability to meet personal goals
- Energizing work tasks
Subjective Management
Trainer (Former Employee) - Taguig City - September 3, 2023
The feedback suggests that the Directors and Managers need to uphold a higher level of professionalism and accountability. It appears that a majority of their managers are consistently new which begs the question of the effectiveness of their hiring practices or the leadership provided by the Director. It seems that only those who have exhausted all other employment options and are fatigued by constant company transfers, find satisfaction in iOPEX despite any potential cultural shortcomings.
Pros
Engagement Activities
Cons
Subjective and Unprofessional Management, Lack of Support, lack of growth

Quick results with long waiting times
Documentation Specialist (Former Employee) - Taguig - August 16, 2023
Just get started with the employment process in this company, and I must commend their quick results from the initial interview to job offer time, but the cons were the long waiting time and expensive parking in the same building. Overall the HR's are phenomenal when it comes to selecting applicants without putting out their mean attitudes. The company were accommodating with queries about leave credits even I'm just a fresh grad with no experience yet. Hopefully my next review would be more positive than this initial one.

Great place to start.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) (Former Employee) - Taguig City - August 1, 2023
This is a good place to start if you are looking to enter the BPO industry. Location is accessible and salary is competitive. Worked with good, friendly people from my experince.

Not a very good place to work.
Document Specialist (Former Employee) - BGC - May 29, 2023
If you are looking for a workplace to grow, this is not probably it. -First of all, the management sucks ahh. They simply do not care about your well-being at all. If you are sick, you'll be more sick since before you can file for SL, there is a ton of requirements, yet still it will make a huge impact in your stats. -They do not care about your mental health, no one is checking up on their employees. Have I already told you about them not having a single nurse? Well, they do not. For a long time now. -The main reason why they do not have a nurse is because, the offer is too low but the requirement is far too high! -There is no such thing as Competitive Salary here. The offer is too low and appraisal can go as low as 200 pesos per year. -There is no growth here. I've been working for more than a year and showed excellent performance (despite the low salary) but still no chance for promotion. They do have internal movement, but your Basic Pay will stay the same. -They disguise it as cross-training but they just want to save since they want to make one department to handle the work of multiple departments, so they have lesser people to pay. Did I mention that there is no appraisal? -You CANNOT file VL easily. Most employees will have unused VLs at the end of year since they are constantly being rejected, and only 5 of those are to be converted to cash. On my department, there is a "competition" in which you have to participate to be able to file a VL, which is still, pending for approval. You may win the competition but still not be able to file VL. -Speaking of -
Pros
You can be easily hired, but that is it.
Cons
Inaccessible location, low salary, no work-life balance, little to no growth, management does not care with your physical and mental being, treats employees like a robot.

Equality
Technical Support Representative (Former Employee) - Taguig City - April 26, 2023
Equal opportunity regardless of your educational background. A friendly environment where you can get to know every person in the prod. But having a huge challenge when it comes to staffing where you will be asked to do mandatory OTs that also results in issues getting leave approvals.

Worst company to work with!
+ * support teams are very friendly * if you will able to stay for a year, you'll receive a loyalty award - * If you want to experience PBB work edition apply here! all your moves are monitored 24/7. One wrong move & you'll have CARI * They love giving CARIs (citations) * You will earn your leave credits monthly both sl & vl. * During your rendering period, unused leave credits can't be used anymore / filed leaves will be cancelled * HMO (Medicard) can be used after 3months * No Company nurse & doctor - incase of emergency they will call the building response team unit (which usually takes 30mins) before you will be attended. * They don't really care for their employees' mental health well-being * Hard to file for salary disputes * Hard to file VLs * Competitive salary is a HOAX * Shuttle Service is a HOAX * Free parkings are for managers only * Toxic & stressful environment * Attrition is very high but they don't care * Average stay of an employee in the company is 3 months
Pros
Easy to apply
Cons
They do not allow immediate resignation

Fast paced
HR Assistant (Former Employee) - Bgc - March 17, 2023
My entire career started here in iopex. A lot of ups and downs happened and i learned a lot from it. It shaped me into a strong HR PRACTITIONER. Though some issue would be lack of staff per department which means more work is delegated to the remaining staff. Still, its an opportunity to grow.

Worked for 4.5 years and my basic salary is still below 20k. They dont promote internally instead they do external hiring. No career opportunities inside the company.

Good company with accessible location
Technical Support Associate (Former Employee) - BGC - November 29, 2022
The workday depends on your account handled. I was with a non-voice account as a TSR. Good stepping stone on starting your TSR career. Good enough management, tho sometimes it is not favorable. Had fun with colleagues.
Pros
Good stepping stone.
Cons
Low salary for the BGC location.

Productive and fun
Hair Traffic Controller (CSR post) (Former Employee) - Taguig City - July 10, 2022
Productive and fast-paced yet fun. Though accounts can be stressful, there were lots of employee engagement activities and freebies. Job interview can be tedious and they do background checks.
Pros
Freebies
Cons
High volume of calls

Stressful Management. High attrition on all levels because of stress and unfait work practices.
Manager (Former Employee) - Taguig City - December 19, 2020
Upper Management and HR are difficult to work with. They will find ways on how they can maximize you as an employee. Bonuses and HMO are not given correctly.

Long hours of work and underwage.

Every employee is just a number. Everyone is just part of company statistics.

Stress level is off the charts. Not suitable for hands-on parents. Management doesn't care about people retention. Schedule flexibility is not an option.
