Good Company but Stressful Environment
Pay is not high but benefits is good, many bonuses. Engineer is overwork, given many projects at once. Site personnel are forced to pay for site needs but it is reimbursed afterwards. Sometimes it takes too long to get your reimbursement.Office Staff in Alabang

Not so happy working here anymore
The company has been in the industry since 1969, but the key people are pretty new. As the company tagline says, it may sound good, “Changes for the Better.” However, it seems that most of the procedures that are currently in place and already considered best practices are not followed. It appears that they are not studying the process or do not have an idea how to do things here. It seems reasonable that there is a “new management,” but in this case, not all new are considered the best. They say that they tried to streamline the hiring process but still won’t hire quality candidates at the earliest time. As a result, most seasoned employees resign because of the ineffective strategies of HRD and the current management. We employ new supervisors, assistant managers, and managers trained by seasoned rank and file employees.What would you say about your employer?
