Beware of the bosses. Hot tempered and doesn’t care about the staff. They don’t appreciate their people’s contributions to the company. Be ready to be yelled at in times that they don’t get what they want. Negative work atmosphere because of the bosses.

Suggestions are not accepted, and ur supervisor—especially the warehouse manager—won't ever consider them Bad management, particularly in the wrehouse

Conducive work environment

It is a company that brings out the maximum potential amongst its employees. Everyone is encouraged to efficiently deliver quality output all the time, that in its way help train everybody to be productive . Also, there is free snacks from time to time.

Unhealthy place for one who considers work environment

The beginning was positive as I had the chance to showcase my skills and abilities. However, as time went on, things took a turn for the worse. The environment became toxic, stressful, and not the place for anyone who’s concern with their mental health over compensation. In conclusion, you will never feel the sense of freedom if you choose to work here. The system needs to be fixed!

Very toxic and stressful workplace

I did not have a good feeling about the company in the first place but I still gave it a try. It had been going great until the yelling and the belittling of employees. That was a breaking point but I still gave the company another chance. You do not have to go through the verbal abuse happening. The workers are providing service. The workers are there for their service not for their humanity to be stomped on. The management will twist your words when you have legit concerns. They will make you in the wrong even though you've only been a victim of their system. Do not trust people there as they can throw you under the bus for their own benefits. I have only gained trauma by working in this company and I have regretted that I didn't listen to my gut feelings sooner.

Growth Opportunities and Competitive Work Culture

The culture at Infinity Sports International is a great balance between nurturing growth and emphasizing the importance of high productivity levels. The most enjoyable part of my stay at Infinity Sports is being able to work with great "people" (employees and the management). For the employees, from the office to warehouse staffs, each one of them are very accommodating, no biases or criticisms, since they will be willing to assist you (which is a plus points for undergrads / fresh graduates who are interested to work at the company) . While, for the management, they might be quite strict with work outputs but in terms of the personal needs of the employees, they are willing to lend a helping hand. At the same time, they embrace social gatherings to get close with their employees.

Opportunity for growth and generous boss

With this company you have better opportunity to grow because you are given other task to learn. The office is also very spacious and conducive to work. Likewise, the boss is very generous in giving increase to employees even if others are not really performing.

Stressful and toxic environment most specially in office. Weak management and rotten system.

This company sucks. The work is not that hard but the top management is hard on their employees. They have no regards or concern on the welfare of their employees. All they care about is to earn more money even if it means taking away the few benefits of their so-called "regular" employees. So if you're looking for a company who values you, your performance and work ethics, who will treat you as a family, chances of promotion and individual growth and progress, definitely this is not the place you'd want to be. Maybe, it's ok if you're just a fresh graduate looking for experience or just for survival but staying long in this company and waste your young, working years, it's a big NO!

Toxic Environment

Micromanaged company. Short tempered bosses. You will feel that you are like a prisoner as you are not allowed to bring your personal things inside the office. Very strict with employees.

Once you decide to work there be ready to be like a prisoner, ypu are not allowed to get along with other employees specially boys. Boss are nice but they have a high temper which tends them to shout at their employees.and also a bad mouthed EA

Just an average company

They don't care about their employees. The management is unprofessional. They very strict in taking a break. Your like a prisoner. If you go inside you can never go outside.

Good compensation but no benefits aside from mandated by DOLE

The management wants their employees to do their job seriously and efficiently that's why they have their own mobile phone issued with monthly load allowance. The employees have their own tasks assigned but NOT so plenty of work each day so you still have time to do the filings and other improvement for yourself and for the company. The culture is contagious. Especially warehouse and logistics, they have the most toxic and childish attitude inside the company.

It's all about sporting goods and office supplies

I like most the work ethic, team work, job cultures and most importantly i know all about product knowledge you can study every single product,cleanliness, and product standards

Fine workplace.

Good salary compensation. Must have patience and understanding towards senior co-workers. Warehouse employees are nice. The management gives discounts on their goods.
