Working with iMed global / Clinchoice is one of my best experiences. From the management department to the operations team, the people are friendly and treat you like family. Although the work itself in iMed is very challenging, they manage to make sure that there is a work-life balance among its employees.

One of the perks of working in this Company is the flexibility in working hours (eg, work from home status, a working business continuity plan in case of emergencies). Next is the vast amount of learnings (ie, knowledge & skills) you will acquire that will make you adept in the pharmacovigilance field. To top it all, you are fully supported by the management, with your career growth, as one of its core priorities.As expected in all types of job, workload maybe a bit heavy at times; and if you're not able to effectively plan your work week, due deliverables may pose as a problem. However, with constant communication with your team lead and the client, this can be easily mitigated.Overall, working in this Company is a life-changing and blissful experience.

Provides good benefits

Company offers work from home days up to twice a week for those who live far from the office. They provide daily meal allowance for those who come to the office. Not much team building activities. Work hours not that flexible despite being output-based.
