They are not giving service charges.they are not caring the employee. They need to give the service charge to their employees because the payment is for the staff who giving excellent service to guest.

Upper management

Upper Management team was not knowledgeable on handling day to day operation resulting in closure of multi branches. Also Government mandated benifits and service charge were not given in right way.

Operation Manager got Issues

Restaurant Manager (Former Employee) - Philippines - October 16, 2018

The Management are okay except for the Operation Manager incompetency which is resulting the managers and staffs suffers. Which is most of the staffs every month are new and you need to train them again and again. Even on Mangers mostly after they work for 3 months, you will not be surprised when they are going to resign and some of them AWOL.

Limited Opportunity to learn

My experience in IFR ATC branch was fun, in a way that i am enjoying everyday working with my co workers and managers. But the sad part was when I left Ikkoryu, they are still not giving my back pay until now.

fun work place and training ground

they have a very intense and energetic field everyday in the store. every staff are very fun to work with specially the OIC of the store mentoring their staff and motivating to work with. I've learned to much about myself in this working field. from handling staff to the operations. the hardest part of this job is to trained different kinds of people and make them be the best servers.the most enjoyable part of the job is being with the co-workers who are so fun to be work with and having party together.

stressful but loving it..

I learneda lot of things here, the management were so cool, aswell as my co workers, there is no hardest part during my days here except i nedto visit six branches dailywith my own expenses..
