My first ever BPO Company for more than 3 years! If you're into Aviation/Airline Travel industry this would be a great stepping stone for you. The account is United Airlines one of the 3 big Airline Companies in the USA. When it comes to Salary, it's not that competitive compare to other BPO Companies out there. But I guess it's not that Bad.

Great experience for newbie in bpo industry

Management is kind and supportive, they will teach and train you well. Co-worker as well as supervisor is nice. Good working environment however low compensation. I think their offer is good for newbies but if you are already tenured in BPO don't expect much.

Very solid

They have set ways since they have been around for more than a decade. The work in itself is hard but rewarding. They quicky set up the WFH ootion when the pandemic hit but the leaders had to take calls. I was transferred to Alabang for a new sales campaign and quite after the pandemic since I couldn't make the travel expenses, other that that, I wouldnt have left.

Corporate yet casual creating an acceptable environment where everyone is equal so to speak

Open door policy at its finest, leaders are approachable. And I was lucky enough to be a part of the 2nd wave of a new account and I saw first hand how my colleague and myself grew as the account matures, opportunity are given fairly and in a more timely manner given the fact that it was a young account it's safe to assume that the first 5 waves will be given opportunities to move up the ladder if they have what it takes

Productive and fun workplace

Good working environment. Most of the trainers, Supports and leaders from TL to Managers are kind. Low salary and performance incentives. Recommended for those who dont have bpo exp but really need to perform well since the possibility of getting terminated or end of probi is very high. Office location too far. Some equipments lang are not working properly. No personal headphone, so headphones are shared. No personal locker, but I believe they are working na on it. VLs subject for approval. I heard some agents and former agents have SSS issue with the company.

Productive Environment

Good Place to start as newbie, Friendly and accomodating colleagues. Enjoyable working hours and shifts. Excellent payrolls, Commuting is not very tough.

Low compensation and poor management

There's no medical exam happened when you got hired, lolPoor management, very slow when it comes to employees' concern, for example, ID laces and computers are very lagNo security for the account, we can access the accounts even outside of work

Productive and fun to work but low salary

It fun to work and not toxic with your co-agents and team leader, i enjoyed working here. Cons on working here is a low salary and the disputes on my payroll that was not resolved. The accnt offered to me is easy accnt, but the assistant manager is the toxic one. He speak very rudely and degrading to agents. This assistant manager was already reported to HR for his attitude not just once but many times already, but since he is with the company for how many years already, they keep the manager and ignored the reported attitude of this one.Overall I enjoyed working here

It's an ok company. Nothing much to say

I enjoyed my stay here. The people I worked with are fun ti be with. I must say that some agents are just not that professional well I guess as well as the leads and managers but its okay.

Productive Workplace

My colleagues were encouraging and supportive. We were all helping out each other. The hardest part would probably the graveyard shift. I learned a lot during the training and the mentor was really nice. I enjoyed the environment I was in.

Tha salary was ok but once you resigned you will get your final pay after 10 months which really sucks or you will never get it, also the signing bonus is a big lie

Fun workplace

The employees are very welcoming to fresh hires. I was also fortunate to work with nice and kind teammates and trainer. The management is also nice and understanding.

Work from home offer

Interview process was smooth but the management kinda sucks. Colleagues are great. Wfh over is good but they are now requiring most of the agents to work on site already.

Travel account training not good

One of the trainers who also happened to be the sme is a great demotivating factor for the agents to pursue until the production. The management must conduct personality test first before hiring a trainer because an agent with great potential will not tolerate a company that does not make any thorough personality check of trainers misrepresenting the company itself.

Productive and a fun workplace especially the recruitment team.

The best BPO in the business. IGT is surrounded by hardworking employees and provides a comfortable work environment. The salary needs to be more beneficiary. Regardless, It is an honor to be a part of Recruitment.

Stress free accounts

The accounts in this company is easy however, if you would like to have a higher salary, you don't belong to this company. It is only ggod for newbies.

It is good to work here if you are a newbie in the BPO Industry.

Low salary It is okay if it is your first BPO experience. But if you are already tenured, it is not fair as there is no salary increase as what was promised. The team managers are okay but the management? It is not.

Great for fresh graduates

Fun environment from colleagues to supervisors, but stressful because of thousands of calls. Had a difficult time with files regarding requirements and papers on resigning.

You will grow only if the management likes you

I managed to stay longer due to the pandemic and the remote work setup. I would have left the company earlier if COVID didn’t happen. A typical and small service center where gossip, micromanagement, and politics, are omnipresent. You will grow only if the management likes you, or if you are willing to become a pet of sorts. Very toxic.
