No Loyalty to Employee

No loyalty outsource whole IT team who has been loyal to them for more than 15 year some international counterparts more than 20 Years. Focus on Money not the employee

Productive Work and Work-life Balance

IHG had a variety of jobs available if you wanted to advance with the company. It also had its own internal education base to help with advancement. It provided a game room to wind down as well as a treadmill if the weather was too inclement to go for a "take me away" walk. Overall, I enjoyed working with the company.
