I feel always feel proud and optimistic whenever someone asked me about my work experience with IBM. It's a conversation that I have a lot to tell and share. :)Answered October 20, 2019
IBM is a steady matrix organization that makes a steady profit year in and out, around $100B. Cloud and supercomputers are it's current stronghold, but it has a lot of researchers*. The bulk of IBM exists to exploit any opportunity to turn a profit so it's research can stay ahead of The Game, the best reward of working here would be to find what you loved was something they wanted to invest in! Proof of this statement is the divestiture of Lenovo there IBM 'bento' box computer because it's not a big enough profit margin.Answered March 12, 2020
It has a very good culture in the beginning but I've noticed that the management is not firm enough to establish some rules. Little things can ruin a workplace, like too much noise from other colleagues that can be recorded on the phone, people dressing sloppy and the never ending gossip of the peopleAnswered April 30, 2020
