We are a 100% remote & distributed team, operating for 4 years, hiring home-based talents across the globe. We don’t have an office anywhere in the world, but this makes us even more connected through open & transparent communication, regular team meetings & updates.

We work with various clients based in English-speaking (and not only there) countries, building remote teams for small, medium & large businesses. HOPLA supports companies in various industries: digital marketing, IT, real estate, hospitality, retail, eCommerce, publishing, and many more.

Our clients entrust the success of their business with our team members, that’s why all candidates undergo several steps of interviews & assessments. On average, our recruitment process takes around 2-3 weeks, but this may take longer depending on the complexity of the role. For the majority of the roles, you’ll undergo 2 interviews with our Recruitment team and 1 client interview. Depending on the role, you may need to work on an assessment.
