Quite easy work in Dental account, salary is just fine for starters, management is approachable but some internal management policies are unjust.
Salary of 17K per month excluding night differential would suffice for a single employee however for employees who have lots of dependents, I don't think it is enough given the fact that HGS offers the same salary to all regardless of experience. On the other hand, HGS offers a comprehensive incentive program like their "CHOICES", health insurance for you and one dependent, 13 & 14th month pay. Those are company incentives, they also have separate LOB performance incentive schemes. They offer quit good incentives however, I think one of the reasons why employees resigned or AWOL in DENTAL account is because of their unfair leave policy. Currently, the internal mngt in DENTAL used vacation leaves as part of a team performance incentive which is I think is not right. You can only guarantee an approved leave if your team performed well in the previous month by having a perfect attendance. Teams are ranked every month, and if your team is a loser in attendance, then expect worst on your leaves. Vacation leave is not a team use, it is for individual use. It is a right of the employee to take leave whenever, wherever or whatever reason it is as long as they don't exceed from the allowable days and if they properly advised their immediate supervisors beforehand. But in DENTAL, that it is not the case, they control all attendance related issues even if it is your right to take LEAVE because of that leave policy. HGS, please make changes in your leave policy, create leeways for employees who prefer taking long vacation. Don't control their decisions on whatever way they are -

Small Center With Wonderful Social Aspect
Co-workers are always friendly and helpful, easy to know everyone and quite a relaxing job. You will get to know many people who regularly call in! Most every call you take will be the same thing over and over, with the ocasional change-up, but there will be times where there is a serious issue you must take care of and management will all be busy or absent from production floor. More than likely you will have collegues nearby who are more than willing to assist in whatever way possible.

Not family friendly, terrible management
Part time is not avalable, shifts are all over, they may not to pay you for the days when you we're working even if all the necessary paperwork has been done, even following up with the site magager does help. Some Tls are great some are tiered jerks. Low pay and don't expect increase... Comissions are tiny and you may not get them if you left for LOA. Management threat to fire
