The most useful review selected by IndeedThe people I have had the pleasure to work with have been very supportive and motivating. It makes the stresses of the job melt away some. The management offers flexible working schedule and allows me to stay at home and this is very helpful since I am a solo parent and I have a special child.The salary is competitive, and we are given annual appraisals.Trainings are offered at our convenience, too.

The only thing that needs to improve here is the salary and benefits. They need to check other bpo because the potential employees are resigninv because of that reason

Unjustified salary

Too many requirements but the salary is not that worth it. Not friendly work specially during this time of pandemic. Good for single employee only but not for others

a competitive but friendly place for CSRs

Here, if you do your part for the account they will help you reach your goals. In terms of pay/salary, I never had any problems. They pay on time. The place is clean and is constantly undergoing pest control and sanitation.

Perfection

The only downside is the cross-training. nightshift schedule. The food in the pantry (expensive but they’ll serve you small portion), Sleeping quarter is love. Plus we had a bug tv for streaming (idk if it’s still there)

I have no words to explain against this company since this is my first BPO company. The place is good and very supportive TL's and SM. They will give you all the support you need being a newbie.

They have free meal if there's an event.
Cons
No free coffee.

Work-life balance

The account is easy if you're an agent, and once you get to know the product, calls are a breeze. The people are also really friendly and I worked for an account with weekends off and also offers 4x11 so the schedule is also good.

OT can extend up to 2 hours every day during peak season, management can't communicate new processes well

Life with hinduja depends on what account your will be assigned to. I worked as an agent a decad ago for american express account. Time passed by unnoticed because of the fun and everyday challenge we have. Managers were all down to earth and caring at that time. Compensation and benefits are also suoerb. But as time passed by, people changed. Higher stress level and benefits are becoming worthless.

When it comes to management . Operations, supervisor, and hr has no value on their employees! Worst. If you encounter cigna account !

-It is common in a call center to receive calls from irate customers.
-I learned to extend my patience and still assist the customer in a professional way.
-the management and supervisors treat the agents like we were at the same level with them.
-the hardest part of the job was dealing with irate doctors
-I most enjoyable part when I gave them the correct solutions

Friendly Environment

I really love working in HGS. The employees and staffs are so friendly and approachable. They also have a lot of fun events like dressing up every week and have a chance to win great prizes.
