So far all is good.

Work from home. Good training. Old equipment. Slow updating . Good floor support. Excellent customer service representative bilingual culture. Needs a better technology upgrade.

Not a good option

They treat you like a worthless number who is just there to make angry people spend more money. Oh they also don't give proper tools to help clients and don't care about you or your problems. They make you work multiple departments when some people only work 1 without any pay raise....they also won't give you any kind of flexibility for schedules.

Working from home is goo7

Nice company to work but the pay is not much. The schedule is also not flexible as well. Salaries are paid as at due and there are incentives for good performance

No sales

The job is ok just everything that is said they do is not completely true. You do get PTO however for everything 40hrs you get 1hr of PTO. You do not get referrals if the referral is not on the same account even though that’s not what was advertised. You are not eligible for FMLA until a year in so if you’re not pregnant you won’t get it and if you get past 9 occurrences you’re fired.

but they moved me from one position to another without confirming if I was interested. Triple workload at the same pay and even less training...........

Worst job ever

They are confused asf and make you go through a lot of training for little kid pay . They lied upon onboarding about a pay increase!! Liars and pathetic

OK but wished I didn't work there

A typical day at work was an average day. Take about 40+ calls a day to meet quota. Take a bunch of irate customer calls. Some nice customers. However, it was hard with the high call volume being back to back; it felt almost like you couldn't take deep breath in between without sounding rude to your customers. What I learned on the job was how to problem solve on my own, & just give up on asking for help. When you asked for help, you hardly ever got any help or none at all. You always felt the need to outdo the other CSR's in order to be appreciated by the higher ups. A lot of favoritism is evidently seen with a lot of their TL's, except from a select few. Not very many perks besides the OT. There was always an endless amount of OT or you being called in. The incentives they blast emailed every employee, wasn't even worth it to be working the OT sometimes. Hardest part was when chat was introduced. Sometimes you would get up to 4-5 people on the que and it made it difficult to reach quota or else you risked being removed from chat and be transferred to another TL or be booted.

terrible

not a good place to work pushed to make sales. very critical set time for calls and people were walked out if they didn't meet expectations. management was horrible

Very fast paced

Working at Hgs was very fast paced and some days very hard to keep up with. There were so many call back to back it was hard to catch your breath before the next customer

very stressful

they try to give perks to compensate for the fact that this job is so difficult, they prepare you but not enough for what you have to deal with, they're terrible with help, barely any people on the floor most times, it's good pay but not really worth it

good to work from home, not fun to be timed how fast you work

It's ok but overall and I did well but I was unhappy with everyone's performance constantly being monitored and how little control over our actions we had while working. Employees can work efficiently without that level of oversite.

Draining place to work

Very draining demoralising atmosphere to work in. Support was always slow in coming. Constant change in team leaders, very little communication within the company. Constant pressure with basic pay and outdated equipment.

do not work here. They won’t pay!

This company withholds payslips and pay and if you ever go on maternity leave be warned they’ll do anything to not pay you your statutory entitelement! And all management, HR, payroll and team leaders just completely ignore you and will never get back to you! worst place I’ve ever worked

Will NEVER Recommend working here!

I no longer work for Hinduja Global Solutions. The leadership is unorganized, unprofessional, lacks considerations for adult life - outside of work conditions. As a health insurance company they don't care about the continuance and preventative health services that's been going on longer than employment with the company. The leadership is dishonest about training topics on behalf of the Customer Service Associates. The only time leadership reaches out to the Customer Service Associates, that actually know what they're doing is when they're not in compliance with their client's standard of work. No guidelines. Always changing the requirements of the job. They're not on time with anything and low pay for the workload, stress and inconvenience with work protocol. What they promise you in the job offer is not what you will be doing. What you were trained to do - You won't really be doing. The client has unrealistic goals of call handle times of 10 mins or less. They keep the workers that answer the phone with "I can't hear you" and hang up on you. They are extremely unfair to the workers that actually care about their members and give them their money's worth. I have passed up better paying positions/jobs to give this place a chance. By the time I reviewed their high turn over rate and low scoring of a job, I was already in training. Worse job I've ever worked for in my life. No answer is the same for one question - No matter who you ask. This job is more focused on customer service experience rather than actual health care experience. As a health insurance company - Medical experience -

Job has long hours with pay not matching working with this company was not as I expected . The trainers are not as helpful as they make it seem. The hours are good pay doesn’t match

Not what i signed up for

The manager dont help new agents. I system issues always happening the pay isn’t good customers always mad and expect you to resolve everything can’t transfer at all

Flexible and good benefits

Low pay compared to similar Customer Service jobs, but the benefits are good. Not much interaction with upper management and they have a horrible time following through with things they tell you. Incentive plans often ignored and not paid as agreed.
