What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at HCLTech?

just be confident and true to yourself
Be honest, tell them your lapses on your previous work experience. They will find it out even you dont say it. Like your NCNS, AWOL, PIPs, coaching ops.
HCL in pasig has a lot of influence in IT/BPO industry, they are like CIA/KGB. They know who you are before you sign the contract so you better to be honest.
They will not use the career lapses for you not to be hired but you better mention it during the interview and tell them how you're not gonna repeat it in HCL.
They are very particular with transparency and honesty.Be realistic with regards to leave allotment and how it is very impossible to avail once regularize due to business demand
