Managers are helpful and they value the development of employees

Managers are helpful and they value the improvement of their employees. But due to the company's struggle financially they are not able to freely increase their employee's salaries. Workplace culture is good and everyone is cooperative. They respect your time and patient when you do not understand the requirements.

Harbor star is the company where i have learned a lot of things which made me a productive person, the jack of all trades and how to value time. Being an employee in this company is indeed a challenge but at the same time fullfilling.
