Managers are helpful and they value the development of employees

Managers are helpful and they value the improvement of their employees. But due to the company's struggle financially they are not able to freely increase their employee's salaries. Workplace culture is good and everyone is cooperative. They respect your time and patient when you do not understand the requirements.

Challenging and fun environment

The Management is supportive to employees. Work is challenging and well organized. System are in place. Travelling is also fun and rewarding. HR should upgrade their salary review from top to bottom.
