What is the best part of working at the company?Unstable job. Mostly Pro Client, Average Freelance Experience

Once the client ended their contract with them for any reason, growth assistant will also end their contract with you. If you don’t have any paid leaves (PTO) saved up, you will just be on unpaid standby for 2 weeks. If they cannot provide a replacement, you will be let go. As you are not technically an employee, you will not receive any separation pay or whatsoever. If you are a beginner freelancer, you can start here. They are strict, no equipment provided and they require activity (time and screen) monitoring. Some HR are easy to talk to, some are not that dependable.

Great for stability but an okay pay rate

Management is great, professional clients but little to no increase in pay (will mostly depend in length of stay and client) Receiving pay is almost always on time.

Great work environment

GA provides a light, fun and friendly community and culture. CEO is generous and emphatic. Always listens to their GAs and think of ways to improve their experience.

Fun working environment

Stress free and supportive Management. The company cares about the employees and the HR always make sure to check in the employees well being. They are very responsive to any questions and always assists employees in any way possible.

Exciting and always looking forward for my everyday work!

The workplace is not stressful. They allows you to work on your own. They want you to explore on your skills and grow. The management and the GA's are very supportive, because they provide training and if you ask them about certain tools they will give you answer and will help you learn from it. I am definitely enjoying my stay and work here. Everyday is exciting and fun!

This is a great company to work for!

I feel more at home, more comfortable, more in control and more supported than I have before. This company genuinely cares for my growth, both professionally and personally. Also, teamwork and communication are very well visible here. We become one to achieve the company's vision and mission. Growth, training, good pay, health insurance, supportive HR and management, WLB (work, life balance), I have found them here.You'll grow professionally when you work at GrowthAssistant. Why is that? Well, colleagues and the management is SOOOOO supportive! If you are looking for a stressful workplace, THIS IS NOT IT :)

A company that treats you like a family

From the HR to all the team members, everyone helps out whenever I raise some questions regarding some tasks with my client. Even our CEO is very approachable, not to mention generous. It's hard to work remote because you have to solve things on your own. But, Growth Assistant has created a friendly environment where we can freely communicate with other talented team members. I'm glad to be part of a company that treats you like a family.

We have that incredible diversity within the workplace

They have this cultural diversity in this workplace.Best team and management here in GrowthAssistant! They also offer amazing benefits for a WFH, such as PTO, paid vacation and some health care benefits.

A perfect mix of amazing clients, fulfilling work, good pay, and job security!

I've worked with so many companies that promise to give what this company does, but it was only GrowthAssistant that was able to deliver. They even went beyond my expectations!On day 1, I was even given fully-paid learning opportunities before official work actually started and it was always exciting to progress to the next step.The excitement only grew further after I found that I was working alongside an impressively talented and experienced team. I always learned something new every single day with GrowthAssistant, and there was never a time where I felt I was not being paid enough.Overall, working with GrowthAssistant has kept me feeling like I was in good hands, that I had lots career growth opportunities, and that I am being provided better job security than I ever received before.

A Company with a great culture, amazing teammates, and a very generous CEO

Working with GA was the best decision of my 2021. Been here for 1 year and the company just keeps on improving. They really look after their GAs (Growth Assistants, the term they use for the VAs and marketers). The people are all kind and they treat you like - well... humans and not just mere workers.

Pros

Competitive pay, great support from the whole team and the CEO herself

Cons

Fixed shifts on graveyard duty, not recommended for people who want flexible working options

A gem among startups, a workplace that expects you to grow with them

Definitely one-of-a-kind startup because they care about their employees' and clients' wellbeing. From the interview up to onboarding, you would be informed about their future plans/matches for you so no need to worry about being on a floating status once hired. Management style is very hands-on, personalized according to the job description, and they care about their employees' welfare. Benefits are still growing but they're already looking to improve and I believe that it will be on par with the other companies.The culture is a very modern workplace vibe. You're free to ping anyone in the organization and they would respond asap.

Very nice and fun work environment. There is work life balance.

It is same as in the actual work environment, the only difference is you are working online.I learned to manage my time, maximize my time etc. Since you are dealing with an international company, I learned to adopt their work ethics and culture.The hardest part of the job is since you are just working only there are still things to consider like the delayed response specially in reaching out other people.The most enjoyable part of the job is you can work at your own pace.I really really love to recommend working in Growth Assistant specially around my cirlce.

Ideal company for new or experienced remote workforce

Being in the hospitality and banking industry for more than 10 years, I would say that my first try to be working remotely with GA was a bliss. I honestly thought that it's gonna be rough for me especially I am used to the face-to-face corporate transactions but it turned out to fit me perfectly.What I love most about GA is their concern for all the GAs regardless of your tenure in the company. They make sure that you have all that you need and you are equipped with the right skills and assets.

Great remote work to be!

A pleasure being part of GrowthAssistant. A group of talented and supportive people. Helps you to be successful in the field you're good at and gives you a lot of opportunities. I am going to work without fear but excited and be productive. It helps me to continue my career goals and earn income for my family.

I totally recommend working here in GA. You will never see a company like this elsewhere.

I worked in an Ad Agency before I moved here in GA and I can definitely say that the workload and compensation are so different. In agency, we handled 20 to 30 clients to the point it will push you to your end and everyday feels so exhausted and yet they the management believed that we can still managed more accounts. But here in GA, I only working with ONE account and it totally gives me a lot of time to research and study the brand for better marketing plans and future activities.

Perfect for Start Up VA

This is my first time being a Virtual Assistant (From Corporate Employee to Virtual Assistance). Being trusted by them means a lot to me, one week of interviews is awesome, the workload really fits my experience, clients were so kind, well compensated and friendly colleagues.
